The organic mushroom pan seasoning mix combines a variety of flavors that harmonize perfectly and can elevate mushroom dishes, especially mushroom dishes, to a new level. Classic mushroom pan

Ingredients:

Fresh mushrooms (e.g. button mushrooms, chanterelles, porcini mushrooms), butter or olive oil, onions, cream (optional).

Preparation:

  1. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices.

  2. Heat a pan with a little butter or oil and fry the mushrooms over high heat until golden brown (do not overcook them so they don't become mushy).

  3. Add chopped onions and fry briefly.

  4. Season with 1-2 teaspoons of the mushroom pan seasoning (depending on the amount of mushrooms) and mix well.

  5. Optionally, add a dash of cream and let it simmer briefly.

  6. Serve with fresh bread, rice or noodles.

Mushroom sauce for pasta

- Sauté mushrooms with garlic, season with the mixture, and deglaze with a little white wine or vegetable stock. Add cream or a plant-based alternative and mix the sauce with cooked pasta. Top with a sprinkling of fresh parsley – and you're done!

Marinade for grilled mushrooms

  • Combine the spice mix with olive oil and a little lemon juice. Rub it all over large mushrooms (e.g., portobello mushrooms) and cook them on the grill or in the oven. The fruity and spicy notes come through particularly well here.
